We are a 70 acre working family farm in Leicester N.C.
We are conveniently located just minutes from downtown Asheville N.C.
Our farm is deeply rooted in history and we feel blessed to be able to preserve another important piece of productive farmland here in Western North Carolina.
We farm using sustainable agricultural practices that maintain a reverence for the land.
The farm has a number of buildings and spaces that we call Yesterday Spaces.
These spaces include a Main Event Barn with its heated and cooled rustic Loft space, a renovated 100 year old Dairy Barn, a picturesque Ceremony Site with its magical Wedding Path, an Event Field with a fire pit, a Rain Garden, surrounding pastures with their resident animals, and wonderful views of the mountains. We offer lodging on the farm for over 20 guests in our fully restored and period furnished 1911 Farmhouse and our Appalachian style Log Cabin.

Work is progressing on a bridge down the road from us on Sluder Branch. We expect this to be finished soon.
Because of this there is a detour that requires not turning as usual on Old Leicester Highway, but driving further down New Leicester Highway to the first traffic light. Turn right at this light and you will be on Alexander road.
Once on Alexander road you will drive about a mile and look for Sluder Branch road. (There will be a sign that says “Road closed. For local traffic only. Consider yourself a “local”. ) Turn right on Sluder Branch road.
We will be on your left about a mile down Sluder Branch road.
The detour will add about 2-3 minutes to your trip.
